Terms of service
Last updated: 6 August 2026
These terms govern the use of Inviti. By using the service you accept them in full.
Data controller
Mauro De Gennaro, VAT TODO — partita IVA (obbligatoria prima del primo incasso), Via Alberi 20b, 80069 Vico Equense (NA), Italia. For anything concerning your data, write to mauro_deg90@hotmail.it.
What we provide
Inviti generates a digital flyer and publishes a dedicated site for your event at its own address, for the number of days you choose at purchase.
The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep it reachable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Duration and expiry
The publication period starts at payment. When it ends the site stops being reachable and shows a notice instead.
There is no auto-renewal and we store no payment details for future charges. You can extend publication at any time, including after expiry, with a new purchase.
Prices and payment
Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment runs through Stripe; we never handle your card details directly.
The receipt goes to the email address you provide during payment.
Right of withdrawal
The service is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, delivered immediately after payment.
By confirming your purchase you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the site is published and the flyer is downloadable, under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
If the service does not work as described, write to mauro_deg90@hotmail.it and we will consider a refund case by case.
The content you publish
You keep ownership of everything you enter and you are responsible for its lawfulness. You grant us the limited licence needed to generate the flyer and publish the site.
You may not use the service for unlawful, offensive, misleading or infringing content. If you enter other people's personal data you must be entitled to do so.
We may suspend or remove an event that breaches these terms, telling you by email.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the event concerned.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the statutory rights of consumers.
Governing law
Italian law applies. Disputes fall to the courts of Torre Annunziata, save for the consumer's forum where the law provides one.
